STANDARDIZED WORK - Caller Verification Process

Purpose - To provide clear instruction on the verification process in AZCARES for a client

1.

Greeting

  1. Thank you for calling the Division of Child Support Services, this is ____. How may I help you?
2.

Verification Process

  1. Begin on the Case Screen
  2. Confirm callers name and name of other party from the Case Banner
  3. Looking at Case Snapshot
  4. Check Correspondence Only
  5. Scroll to Case Information
  6. Check for Responding
  7. From the Case Banner, click the hyperlink associated with the caller
  8. Using the left hand navigation, go to Indicators
  9. Check for Safeword/Password. If one exists, follow the Password Verification++ Standard Work before proceeding.
  10. Note: If caller cannot remember password and/or needs to change it, follow the Client Password Recovery Standard Work.
  11. Using the left hand navigation, go to Member Information
  12. Confirm SSN & DOB (*if populated in Genesys pop, no need to ask again)
  13. Scroll to Contact Information and confirm phone number and email address

  15. Note: If caller refuses to complete the verification process, follow the Client Refuses Verification Standard Work
3.

Address Verification

  1. Using the left hand navigation, go to Related List then Member Address
  2. Verify Residential and Mailing Address
  3. If address is the same, change Verification Date for each
  4. Click the pencil/edit icon
  5. Change Verification Date (current date)
  6. Click Save
  7. To change their address
  8. Select New
  9. Enter Address Type (Mailing or Residential)
  10. Enter Address Status (Valid)
  11. Enter Verification Source (Support Payor or Support Recipient)
  12. Enter Verification Date (current date)
  13. Scroll to Address Details, click Add/Update Address button
  14. Add address and click Validate
  15. Select Address and click OK
  16. If you get a pop-up that says, “Valid address already exists. Do you want to overwrite?”, select Yes. This will move the previous address to Historic on the address list.
